Paolo and his team at Colosseum Remodeling built our custom dream home in Middlebrook. Paolo has the experience, the creativity and most importantly- he cares ! Every step of the way he made sure we were pleased with each phase of the project. We would highly recommend Colosseum !

We've been remodeling our home for years and as anyone can tell you it's an ongoing process. When you find a good contractor you stuck with him. Paolo is the only guy I use. He does what he says. He is able to make changes on the fly. His prices are reasonable and to top it off he's all around good person. It's been a relationship we've cultivated for almost a decade and I've been very happy with with his work. Highly recommended.

I wanted to surprise my mother with a quick remodeled kitchen while she was out of town for 12 weeks. I contacted Colosseum Remodeling and they got back to me right away with quotes, timeframe expectations and they were very kind, patient and flexible. Due to COVID there have been many limited supply issues and cost increases but they communicated every step of the way and we stayed in budget the entire time which was my biggest concern. It was the best experience working with them I'm definitely using them for projects in the future.

We had Paolo, Mario (his dad), and his colleagues remodel two bathrooms and build a new basement bathroom, laundry room, and bedroom. His work is not only aesthetically beautiful (Italian, of course) but also structurally sound (Italian, of course). He and his dad truly went the extra mile to solve unexpected structural problems as they arose. They corrected all the "quick" jobs that previous contractors did on our house. We had to wait for close to 7 months for our turn, but it was worth the wait. I understand the wait is now longer. I'd say, "Get on their schedule now!"

My praise doesn't stop here. Despite the tight schedules with more lucrative work sites of theirs, they immediately responded to my inquiry for a referral to fix our frozen pipes. To my amazement, they actually fixed the pipes themselves! On another occasion when we had a water damage in the second floor bathroom, Paolo and Mario fixed and painted our ceiling, sacrificing their weekend. I haven't seen this level of integrity and commitment in any other contractors. True excellence!

Paolo did a spectacular job on the renovations of our home in Earlysville, VA. He removed a wall between the kitchen and family room and extended our kitchen to include a breakfast bar. He also added 2 skylights in the family room and remodeled both the guest and master bathrooms. He is an exceptional builder who is meticulous and precise in everything he does, and he ensures that his crew is as diligent. We appreciated all of the recommendations he made to make our ideas even better. We highly recommend Colosseum Remodeling without hesitation.

Paolo is an amazing contractor. I'm usually pleased if a contractor is responsive, or honest, or creative. Paolo is all of the above. He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. His craftsmanship is beyond reproach and his crew were wonderful to have around the house (especially his father who works with him). If you can get him on your schedule, I recommend him without any hesitation..

Paolo and his team were very professional and competent. He remodeled our two baths, kitchen and added a patio slab all of which we were super happy with. No doubt we would use him again for future remodels. 100% happy!

A Service I hired them for my store and now they will start with my house. The boss is on top of his employees... that is the key to be successful, always! His office manager was super nice and helpful always!

Colosseum Remodeling did exactly what they said they would do and for the price they quoted. We had remodels in our previous homes, but these guys were by far the best. They had great work ethic, they communicated clearly and professionally and they made sure everything was completed to and beyond code. This is the 2nd project they did for us and we will be calling them again.

Colosseum Remodeling did an excellent job for us. While they were not the least expensive company we spoke with, their proposal was fair and Paolo, Mario, and Sal were the best craftsman I have ever used. The job they did was excellent and I can't say enough about their work and work ethic. They were on time, cleaned up the job site each day, and did a final clean up when the job was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any other work we need to have done. Finally, the price they quoted was the final price they charged (no hidden costs suddenly appeared) and they completed the job when they promised ... very important since we had a tight schedule for them to get the work completed.

Colosseum Remodeling were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. They weren't the lowest bidder on my garage drywall project, but based on Paolo's attention to detail, honesty, and promise of quality work, I thought the estimate was fair. Their drywall installation and mudding was of the highest quality. They were prompt, neat, and thorough. I am delighted with the results and recommend them highly. I will hire them again for other home improvement projects.

Paolo, Mario and Sal did an exceptional job on my home remodeling. They have personal and professional integrity and I will use their services and recommend them without hesitation. They showed up on time and cleaned up when they left each day. Paolo came over immediately after my initial call and had an acceptable estimate the very next day. I am so very happy with their work and they are an amazing bunch of guys on every level. I can't sing their praises highly enough!

Paolo came for the estimate the same day I called. I had a small, 80 sq. ft. sidewalk replacement job. He communicated well throughout the job that was delayed multiple times due to rain. His workmen arrived as scheduled, completed work professionally, and cleaned up well. The result met my expectations.

This company has been doing work for me for over three years. No job is too big or too small. They have worked on plumbing, fencing, decking, painting, lighting, yard work (grass, mulch, trees, shrubs), pool, brick, garage door replacement, and so much more. I trust this company so much so that I can even give them full access to my home when I am not there! They always clean up and always arrive on schedule. The price is the best in the area by far and the work is always guaranteed, although I have never had any issues. Great company with great people.

Found this company on HomeAdvisor and thought I would give them a shot. Wonderful experience. Prompt, on-time, respectful, responsive, reasonable and excellent quality of work. It doesn't get any better than this. I have already lined them up for other jobs. I HIGHLY recommend them!
